When to expect delivery

Your parcel is sent via fastway couriers, subject to payment confirmation and availability. Once your payment is confirmed we will send an e-mail letting you know that your order has been dispatched.

We suggest allowing 4-5 working days from the date of dispatch for your parcel to arrive. If your parcel does not arrive within this time frame please contact us as soon as possible, to allow us to track it with fastway. As per our terms and condition's we will replace any lost or damaged goods, but will not be held liable for any losses, costs, damages, charges or expenses caused by any delay.

Availability

While we try to keep stock levels in our system as up to date as possible there may be occasions when the site allows orders of an item that is out of stock. If this occurs we will contact you and ask if you would like to receive an alternative product or a refund. Again we will not be held liable for any losses, costs, damages, charges or expenses caused by an item being unavailable.
