Agreement With Terms & Conditions:

By continuing to access www.cammellshoney.co.nz and by purchasing products found on this site, you show that you have read and agree to be bound by the Terms and Conditions and the Privacy Policy outlined on this site.

The Purchase Process:

Registration and Logging In:

To order customers must first be logged into cammellshoney.co.nz. To log in customers will require a login profile; all this requires is clicking on the login button and entering the details requested. These details enable us to process customers order. Please see our Privacy Policy for information on how we handle the information our customers provide.

Once a login profile has been created, customers will be logged on to the site and may make an order. A Customers e-mail and password can be used to log on to the site for future orders.

It is responsibility of the customer to ensure that the details provided to Cammell’s Honey Ltd when creating a login profile are correct and kept up to date.

We currently ship only to destinations in New Zealand, and as such a New Zealand address will be required to create a login profile.

Making an Order:

Simply select items from the store to add to your cart. When done, click on the check out button. Please provide any special delivery instructions.

Payment:

We currently only accept payment by direct bank deposit. Our bank details are provided at order confirmation and on customer’s confirmation e-mails. In order to match payments to a customer’s order we request that customers follow the instructions provided at order confirmation and in the order confirmation e-mail sent by Cammell’s Honey.

Dispatch:

Goods will be dispatched upon our knowledge of the receipt of a customer’s payment. We will notify you via e-mail when your order has been dispatched. Please see the deliveries section for more details.

Ownership and Responsibility For Items Ordered:

Ownership and responsibility for items ordered shall pass to the customer when the goods have been delivered to the delivery address as specified by the customer.

Availability of items.

Cammell’s Honey Ltd will endeavour to fulfil every order made through cammellshoney.co.nz. However this may not always be possible. In such cases Cammell’s Honey Ltd will not be held liable for any issues relating to our inability to fulfil any part of a customer’s order or a complete order for any reason.

Because of the nature of the items we sell, we will not accept back orders for any goods. In the event of an item being out of stock or for any other reason we are unable to fulfil your order we will refund the part of your payment that relates to the unsupplied goods.

Order Cancellation and Refusal of Service:

Refusal of Service:

Cammell’s Honey Ltd reserves the right to refuse any part of an order or an order in its entirety for any reason. We will not be liable for your order or anything relating to the rejection of an order. You will have no further obligation relating to that order. We will reimburse you for any payment made that relate to the refused order.

Cancellation of order:

Customers may cancel an order at any time prior to Cammell's Honey Ltd sending a notice of dispatch e-mail. We will reimburse you for any payment already received.

Incorrect or Incomplete Orders:

In the case of an incomplete or incorrect order please notify us at enquiries@cammellshoney.co.nz within 7 working days of the receipt of the goods. We will dispatch any missing items and/or replace any incorrect items and refund the customer the reasonable cost of returning the incorrect items. Reasonable Cost of return is defined as any costs that would normally be incurred by returning the items using the available post or courier companies. Options for return are to be discussed with Cammell's Honey Ltd before the return takes place.

Returns & Refunds:

Customers may arrange to return goods by contacting us at enquiries@cammellshoney.co.nz if:

They are damaged or defective in anyway.

The customer has changed their mind regarding the purchase.

Conditions of Return

When returning goods the following conditions apply:

Cammell’s Honey requires that customers provide notification of a return and the reason for the return via e-mail with 14 working days of receipt of the goods.

Damaged goods are to be returned as they are and if possible must remain unopened.

Goods returned due to a change of mind must remain unopened and must be in the condition in which they were received.

Cost of Return:

Costs for the return of damaged goods will be covered by Cammell's Honey Ltd. We will discuss options for the return of the goods with you in regards to the most cost effective way in which to return the damaged items. We will only cover costs relating to the return of damaged goods as agreed to through discussion with the customer.

Costs incurred when returning goods due to a change of mind will be the responsibility of the customer.

Pricing:

All prices are quoted in New Zealand dollars and are inclusive of Goods and Service Tax. Prices offered are valid on this site only. Cammell’s Honey Ltd reserves the right to adjust our pricing at anytime and for any reason.

In the event of a pricing mistake or price alterations as a result of malicious actions, we reserve the right to cancel any orders which contain affect items.

Liability:

It is the customer’s responsibility to research and know if goods are fit for the purpose for which they are purchased. Customers shall ensure that Goods ordered from Cammell’s Honey Ltd are not used for purposes for which they are not suitable. Customers of this site acknowledge that they have followed any advice or instructions outlined on the product or on this website.

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that end user of the product, be it themselves or a third party have no allergies, reactions or known problems relating to bee products or any other product purchased from this site before using said products and have sought relevant medical advice before using any bee product.

Any description, advice, warranties expressed or implied as to the fitness or suitability of products found on cammellshoney.co.nz for any purpose, are specifically excluded, with the exception of those provided by law.

Cammell’s Honey Ltd do not accept any liability for any breach of contract either expressed or implied, or any damages, loss, injury or illness resulting from the use of cammellshoney.co.nz or any order made through cammellshoney.co.nz in excess of the value of the goods in question.

Inability To Comply Due to Force majeure:

Cammell’s Honey Ltd shall not be liable in damages or have the right to terminate this Agreement and any order and for any delay or default in performing if such delay or default is caused by conditions beyond our control including, but not limited to Acts of God, Government restrictions, wars, insurrections and/or any other cause beyond our reasonable.

Communication:

The customer acknowledges that Cammell’s Honey Ltd will send e-mails in regards to orders and that it is the customer’s responsibility to read the e-mails and take such actions as required.

Cammell’s Honey Ltd will not send any communication beyond that which relates to a customer’s order unless expressly advised to do so. Such communication includes new product information, news-letters or special offers. Should a customer wish to stop receiving such information they may inform us by e-mailing enquiries@cammellshoney.co.nz stating that they wish to unsubscribe.

Applicable laws:

Cammell's Honey Online operates within New Zealand and as such is subject to the laws of New Zealand. The Terms and conditions outlined on the page cannot surpass your rights under the applicable laws relating to this site or the purchase of goods from this site.
